DIRECTION

From Ikebukuro

1.

Take a local train (Tobu Tojo Line) and get off at Oyama Station (3rd stop). TMIG is five-minutes walk from the station (Tel. 03-3964-3241 ext.3008).

2.

Take a taxi at West Entrance of JR (Japan Railway) Ikebukuro Station. Tell the taxidriver "Rojin-iryo-senta" or "Yoiku-in". It takes about 20 min and fare is about 1,500 yen.

From Tokyo

1.

Take a JR train (Yamanote Line) for Ueno, Ikebukuro & Shinjuku, and change to Tobu Tojo Line at Ikebukuro. Ikebukuro is the 12th stop from Tokyo.

2.

Take a subway (Maruno-uchi Line) for Ikebukuro, which is the end of the line (8th stop), and  change to Tobu Tojo Line.

From Shinjuku

Take a JR train (Yamanote Line) for Ikebukuro & Ueno, and change to Tobu Tojo Line at Ikebukuro. Ikebukuro is the 4th stop from Shinjuku.

From Narita Airport

1.

Take a JR "Narita Express" train for Ikebukuro, Shinjuku or Tokyo at JR Narita Airport Station. You need a ticket reservation to get on the Narita Express train. It takes about 1h 40min, 1h  30min, and 1h to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku or Tokyo, respectively (fare: about 3,000 yen). From Ikebukuro, Shinjuku or Tokyo to the TMIG, see above.

2.

A limousine bus is available to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku or Tokyo (fare: 3,000 yen). When the traffic is not busy, it takes about one and half hours.
